Is it hard to make healthy food choices and find time to exercise because you’re too busy?
That was me! For many years, my striving to run things smoothly pushed me to ignore how stress and anxiety was affecting my body and the mental drain I felt. I struggled with finding time, motivation or the discipline to exercise regularly or have any self-care.
I finally realized that in order to be there for my family, I needed to slow down and tend to myself to have physical health and peace. My foundation in Christ was central to this process and it can be the same for you!
