I'm Susan, a friend of Jesus, a wife, and a boy mom.
For many years, I was overwhelmed and frustrated with my body and the lack of control I felt. I struggled with finding time, motivation or the discipline to exercise regularly or to have any self-care. Stress and anxiety was affecting my body and I had constant mental drain.
I realized that in order to be there for my family, I needed to slow down and tend to myself if I wanted to be the wife and mom God wanted me to be. My foundation in Christ was central to my self care and it can be the same for you!

A: You will receive a follow up email after one week to check up on you. Homework will be to track your routine habit using the worksheet that will be emailed to you. The worksheet will have space to outline the morning or evening routine in detail.
A: You will have a plan of action and clear steps laid out on paper. You will also have a plan for daily movement as well as a general guideline for food intake. You will know it is working for you as you see results in better health and mindset.
A: No, there are no refunds on last minute cancellations. There is an option to reschedule if notification is given 24 hrs. in advance of the original scheduled meeting.
